The band has posted the following on their Facebook page a earlier today.

The band has also posted another message regarding how thankful they are to their fans, after receiving so many positive responses.

This year’s Wacken festival will be held from Thursday 1 August to Saturday 3 August; with the performance of Opeth, Powerwolf, Within Temptation, Sabaton, Slayer (their farewell tour before retiring), and many more. This is the first time a band from Bangladesh will going to play in this festival.

This is to be noted that, Trainwreck has won the W.O.A Metal Battle 2019 on December 1 last year along with four other bands of the country. The show was sponsored by G-Shock and Bangalore Open Air (B.O.A).

Later they have performed at this year’s Bangalore Open Air on February-9 with Godless (India), Mass Damnation (Sri Lanka), and Krur (Nepal) – who are competing for the metal battle of the Indian Subcontinent regions. The headliners were Abbath from Norway, and Suffocation from USA.

It was here that the band has gained the winner’s crown and got the chance to perform at this year’s Wacken festival.
