It’s time to get thrilled as the famous Bangladeshi Death Metal act Severe Dementia is getting ready for a comeback. And in order to this, they are organizing an audition to select a new vocalist for the band’s upcoming full length album.
On September-15, the band has posted the following message in their official Facebook page.
“Severe Dementia is looking for a vocal (permanent) to rehearse, play live and record new songs for the upcoming full length album with the band. VOCAL MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN LIVE AND MUST HAVE RECORDED RELEASE(s). Interested people are required to pick up these following songs and contact via inbox or severe.dementia@gmail.com for setting a rehearsal appointment.

The band was formed back in 2004 as 666 and released two singles; Mrittu (Jonmer Purbe) in the compilation album Agontuk-3 (2005) and Demented Mentation (2006) in the compilation album Underground respectively. They have released their debut album which was an EP titled “Epitaph of Plassey” on 2007 from the Demonstealer Records (India).
The band did their final gig on June-16, 2013 in the concert titled “Bengal Regiment” before going to hiatus, as their vocalist Shawqui Ahmed went to study abroad.
