Guwahati based hardcore punk band – Retromist has been quite well as a trio recently in the local metal scenario of India. But not for long.

Recently the band has announced that they have hired a bassist who will be the fourth member.

The announcement came from their official Facebook page yesterday.

” We’d like to officially announce Kungor Ingti Kathar as our bassist. “

Followed by this came another good news. They have done recording their first song which will be released soon.

“We are done with the recording of our track FTS (finally), and we’ll be releasing it pretty soon along with a lyric video of the song.”

Retromist was formed in Guwahati, Assam of India with Crusty Mist (vocal), Namrata Debbarma (guitarist) and Sunny Das (drums). They have played their first show at the Barpeta Road Metal Fest -2018. Recently they were planned to perform at the upcoming Wacken Metal Battle 2020 India but was cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
