Thrashers from Bangladesh – Exalter is going to perform for the first time at this year’s Kolkata Deathfest on July-09,2017. The band has posted this news on their Facebook page yesterday. They will be joined with Japanese Technical Death metal giant – Descravity, local Old School Death metallers – In Human and Thrash warriors – Armannent, along with some other acts. This year will also mark the third anniversary of the festival.

In a recent conversation with Mega Insane the band has expressed their feelings regarding their upcoming performance.

“We are very excited to perform in India for the first time in Kolkata Deathfest. Thanks to our brothers and sisters from opar bangla for inviting us. This tour is very important for us as we are going to perform songs from the upcoming full length album which will come out via Transcending Obscurity (India). Rest assured, we are gonna unleash our Ruthless Bengal Thrash Metal Fury upon them.”

And yes they will, as they have proved their power during their first international gig on Thrashmandu Fest which was held on April-29 in Nepal. The band is almost finished with their first full length which will be released shortly within this year.

“Mixing and mastering of the album is done. Final artwork is in process now. We will announce it as soon as its done.”

Exalter was formed back in January 2013, and has released two EPs up until now.
