It has been four years that “Pop Guru of Bangladesh” Azam Khan has passed away. Every year on June-05, Bangladeshis and Bangla music lovers all around the world remembered this day by honoring the late freedom fighter and singer.
And today is no different as legendary Rock band Uchcharon which was founded by Mr. Khan will reunite together to celebrate his life in a special radio show. Born on February-28, 1950 as Mahbubul Haque Khan, the famous singer died at CMH at the age of 61. He was suffering from oral cancer. In 2013, Khan’s family members established Azam Khan Foundation aiming to help destitute artists.
