Dhaka based heavy/progressive metal band, Messianic Era has shown themselves as a promising act of the future metal scene in this country. The band has been working on their first album for a very long time, but that too has been confirmed just a few days ago, when they have revealed the album cover on their Facebook page. The album artwork was done by Mir Hisham (vocalist of Ionic Bond) of Mir Hisham’s Art Of Heavy Metal.
The band has posted the news on Aug-26 with the following message.
“We have been working on the album for a long time. We have been told we should have come up with the album a long time back. But if we did come up with the album 4 or 5 years back we would have regretted it. Through the years we learnt a lot, listening to different genres of music, weather it’s pop, jazz, blues, or metal, taking inspiration from them all. An album is something we’ll always look back at and when looking back at it we don’t want to have any regret with the creation. The album we are going to present to you will be one of a kind. Every notes chosen have been well thought out. We are very much hopeful that you guys will love it!”
Messianic Era was formed back in September 2011 in Dhaka, Bangladesh and has done a lot of shows across the nation; with the most recent one held back on May 3 at the Jamuna Future Park, titled Bottoms Up Present Into The Future.
Current line-up of the band is
